What You’ll Do

Lead by Example: Be a
- on technical leader, contributing clean, performant code and architectural insights to our Python-based data and backend systems.

Build Smart Data Systems: Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines,
- driven architectures, and
- throughput systems using technologies like Click
House, Postgres, and Kafka (or equivalents).

Enable AI-Powered Products: Develop and maintain data flows and backend services that power AI agents and analytics features — from feature stores to agent feedback loops.

Expand and Mentor: Help grow a team of backend and data engineers. Review code, set engineering standards, and encourage continuous learning and technical excellence.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product, UX, frontend, and QA teams to deliver intelligent,
- driven features with a focus on security, scalability, and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

Backend & Data Engineering Expertise : 4+ years of experience building
- heavy applications using Python (or Go), with strong knowledge of databases, ETL/ELT workflows, and event processing systems.

AI & Analytics Awareness : Experience integrating with AI/ML models or agents, and a passion for building data platforms that enable intelligent
- making and insights.

Leadership & Communication : Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, make architectural decisions, and communicate clearly with technical and
- technical audiences.

Cloud & Dev
Ops Know-How : Proficiency with AWS (or similar), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (e. g. , Terraform) to support scalable deployments.

Product Collaboration : Comfortable working alongside product teams to shape roadmaps, align on priorities, and deliver features iteratively.
