Context

This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in project management and service delivery for project and BAU (Business as Usual) on data products delivered by Data, BI & Analytics Services for AXA entities.

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to optimizing our Data products.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs and implementing appropriate solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

Analyzing and documenting functional and technical requirements ;

Developing functional and technical specifications ;

Collaborating with technical teams to ensure product compliance ;

Participating in testing and validating developments ;

Monitoring projects and their evolutions ;

Analyzing data to derive strategic recommendations ;

Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust priorities ;

Promoting the adoption of products among users.

Qualifications

Higher education degree in computer science or related field ;

5 years of operational experience in BI and Data ;

Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Cloud Azure technologies ;

Knowledge of technical environments, particularly Power BI, Databricks and Azure ;

Experience with BAU/RUN methodology and associated tools (notably Service
Now).
