Central Operations and Services provides reliable cloud solutions and technical services to enable Mercedes-Benz digital products.

We build cloud infrastructure and services such as CI/CD tools, monitoring & logging solutions.

Our team collaborates closely with Software Development teams to enhance developer satisfaction.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

One
DNA builds a cutting‑edge data platform for KPI reporting, data analyses, and data science.

You will build, maintain, and enhance comprehensive data models covering relevant data sources.

Key duties include:

• Design, build, and optimize scalable, reliable data pipelines.
• Maintain data processing infrastructure on Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Storage).
• Develop dimensional data models and maintain data warehousing solutions.
• Write efficient, maintainable Python and SQL code; optimize Py
  Spark and Spark SQL queries.
• Ensure data governance, monitor data quality, and implement best practices.
• Support deployment and monitoring of production data solutions.

Job Requirements – TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• 3+ years of software engineering experience developing data pipelines.
• Strong experience with OOP, TDD, CI/CD, and version control.
• Proficiency with Py
  Spark, SQL, and Python for data processing.
• Experience with Azure services: Databricks, Data Factory, Dev
  Ops, Data Lake Storage.
• Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for containerized applications.
• Experience with Google Analytics data is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
