Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data tools and solutions to address business needs.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Build and optimize ETL processes and ensure data consistency and quality.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and visualizations to support business reporting.
• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the data ecosystem.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• 3+ years of experience with Python and ETL development.
• Solid understanding of data processing, warehousing, and visualization principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI dashboard creation and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Py
  Spark or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical data workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a solution‑oriented mindset.
