We are strengthening our Business Intelligence (BI) platform and we want to hire an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and take ownership of scaling, optimising, and innovating our BI platform. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Manage and optimize data warehouses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
• Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to enable actionable insights.
• Develop
  - quality, maintainable code in Go and Python for data processing and integration.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance are upheld.
• Integrate and support analytics platforms (e. g. , Tableau) to deliver impactful dashboards and reporting.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools/technologies to improve the BI platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in data engineering or related fields in the Fintech domain.
• Strong background in data warehouses, data modeling, and
  - scale data processing.
• Proficiency in Go and Python with a strong software engineering mindset.
• Experience working with analytics platforms (ideally Tableau).
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and No
  SQL).
• Knowledge of cloud platform (AWS) is a strong plus.
• Strong
  - solving skills and a collaborative,
  - oriented approach.
