CLA is growing internationally and seeking to hire an experienced Data Engineer (LLM) to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
What You’ll Do
Data Pipeline Development
Design & Build: Create, maintain, and optimize efficient data pipelines specifically for large language models (LLMs) to ensure seamless data flow across the system.
Data Efficiency: Continuously improve and streamline processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to meet LLM needs.
Collaboration with Data Science Teams
Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to ensure data pipelines meet the demands of machine learning models, providing
- quality, clean data.
Enhance Models: Contribute to improving model performance by ensuring smooth data integration and identifying potential optimizations in data handling.
Optimize Data Storage & Retrieval
Storage Efficiency: Optimize storage systems for fast, efficient data retrieval and scalability to accommodate growing data requirements.
Data Integrity: Ensure consistency and accuracy of the data across all platforms.
Data Security & Compliance
Ensure Security: Implement strong data security measures and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Monitor Integrity: Continuously monitor data integrity and troubleshoot any data flow or quality issues.
Cloud Data Solutions
Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to deploy and manage data solutions that support
- scale data processing for AI-driven applications.
Scalability: Ensure that data solutions can scale seamlessly as the company grows.
Main requirements
Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, focusing on
- scale data management and LLMs.
Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and vector databases for efficient data management.
Cloud Expertise: Experience working with
- based data solutions (Azure and AWS).
ETL & Data Architecture: Strong understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and architecture design to support
- scale applications.
