Your Mission
We are seeking a versatile Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is critical in supporting our migration to a new data stack (Talend + Snowflake + Power BI). The ideal profile combines strong ETL, SQL and BI skills with a
- looking mindset toward Data
Ops and Data Governance.
You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, performance, and availability — and help us shape the future for becoming a more
- driven organization.
Your Main Tasks
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes in Talend and Snowflake;
- Develop and optimize data models and SQL queries to support
- critical reporting; - Deliver and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards , ensuring accuracy and reliability;
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into robust data solutions;
- Following
- wide known best practices, ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across the data lifecycle; - Contribute to the implementation of Data
Ops practices; - Support the adoption of data cataloging, lineage, and governance practices;
- Collaborate closely with functional analysts, development and infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- 2-3 years of proven experience;
- Experience with SQL (query optimization, modeling) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, deployment);
- Strong understanding of data warehouse design (Inmon/Kimball methodologies);
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Talend preferred);
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouses;
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Strong
- solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders; - Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Fluent English is mandatory.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with data cataloging & lineage tools (e. g. , Amundsen, Open
Metadata, Alation, Purview); - Experience with project management tools (e. g. , Monday.com, Jira).
