Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate complex data pipelines for optimal data flow.
• Build and maintain a lakehouse tailored to the real estate domain.
• Act as a data referent within the real estate vertical.
• Collaborate closely with business, strategy, and analyst teams.
• Participate in demos and internal data engineering guild days.
• Contribute to technical R&D and technology monitoring.
• Work in a modern stack: Airflow, Spark, AWS (S3, Athena), Kubernetes, Ubuntu, Python, Java, SQL, Intelli
  J, Concourse, Docker, Git
  Hub, Terraform.

Profile Sought

• Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data engineering or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Java and Python in Unix-based environments.
• Proficiency with distributed systems architecture and cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, Athena).
• Familiarity with
  -
  - code tools like Terraform.
• Knowledge of Postgre
  SQL/Redshift and Apache Spark is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data pipelines.
