Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer (ETL Developer) to maintain and enhance our data integration pipelines and ensure the reliability, integrity, and availability of critical data flows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ETL tools, solid analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high‑quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ETL applications to support evolving business needs
• Design and develop new ETL features and data workflows aligned with stakeholder requirements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production incidents, ensuring data accuracy and availability
• Work closely with developers, data analysts, and business users to gather requirements and propose efficient data solutions
• Write, update, and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and integration logic
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure robust and secure data pipelines
• Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and security standards across all ETL processes

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on ETL development experience using tools such as ODI, Power
  Center, Talend, Stambia, or Semarchy
• Strong understanding of databases, data modeling concepts, and data management systems
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages commonly used with ETL tools (e. g. , SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python)
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to production data flows
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently

Profile Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Data Engineer / ETL Developer role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional and dynamic environment
• Awareness of data quality, data governance, and data security principles
• Strong team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset
• French language is a plus
