About You



This role is a great fit if you have:
  • You're proficient in Python and have experience building APIs using Fast
    API, Django, or Flask. You're also familiar with Graph
    QL, g
    RPC, REST, or other synchronous communication protocols.
  • You understand asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts in Python (e. G. , asyncio, multithreading, Any
    IO), and use tools like Pydantic and SQLAlchemy to write clean,
    - ready code.
  • You've worked with SQL or No
    SQL databases (bonus points for experience with AWS Dynamo
    DB or Azure Cosmos DB).
  • You're familiar with
    - driven systems using tools like Kafka or Rabbit
    MQ.
  • You have experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • You have experience with microservices and containerized applications;



    knowledge of Kubernetesis a plus.
  • You understand authentication protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT, and have a solid grasp of CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure tools like Docker (Terraform, and Helm are a plus).
  • You care about code quality, write unit tests, and apply modern debugging and automation practices.
  • You're a strong team player who enjoys mentoring, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with others.


    • Bonus points:
  • Experience with Go or another
    - oriented language.
  • Basic understanding of AI systems and their core components.
  • Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases like FAISS, Chroma
    DB, or Weaviate.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems using tools such as Lang
    Chain, Haystack, or Open
    AI's function calling.
  • Experience in prompt engineering,
    - tuning LLMs, or integrating AI into production systems.

    • What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with
    - functional teams to plan, design, and develop backend features using Agile methodologies.
  • Creating new APIs and implementing business logic.
  • Developing robust and secure authentication mechanisms.
  • Launching greenfield projects and setting best practices from day one.
  • Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
  • Benchmarking and optimizing backend systems for performance.
  • Working with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
