Role Overview
You are highly driven to constantly innovate and drive positive change, and consistently deliver great results. As a data engineer in PMI Business Solutions, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical and non‑technical skills, invent, enhance, and build new systems, and deliver results on exciting and challenging projects.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Graduated in Business Informatics, IT, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, S3 buckets, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or GIT.
- Proficient in SQL and an additional programming language such as Power
Shell or Python. - Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of technical and functional designs for Databases, Data Warehousing, ETL, Reporting, and Data Mining.
- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, dimensional modelling and schema design.
- AI‑Ready: experience applying LLMs to enhance workflows and outcomes.
- Innovative application: leveraging LLMs for data‑driven solutions, automation, or advanced analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Implemented standardized, automated operational processes to deliver accurate data for reporting. li>Understanding of data infrastructure and service management.
- Excellent communication with users, technical teams, and senior to describe data modelling decisions and strategy.
- Experience working with remote technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for efficient ingestion, processing, and delivery.
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources.
- Optimise and maintain the data warehouse for performance and scalability.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with external vendors to integrate new data sources.
- Resolve potential data issues proactively and demonstrate a proactive approach to data quality.
