What You’ll do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data processing pipelines using SQL Server and SQL Integration Services (SSIS).
• Implement and manage data integration and synchronization processes across heterogeneous systems, ensuring consistency, incremental updates, and proper error handling.
• Evolve and support relational databases in SQL Server and Postgre
  SQL, including production support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Create and optimize complex queries in T‑SQL and SQL (Postgre
  SQL), ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in data design and modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical models; normalization; and definition of keys/relationships.
• Build schemas oriented to transactional (OLTP) systems.
• Implement data anonymization and pseudonymization mechanisms to ensure sensitive data protection and GDPR compliance, including masking rules and referential integrity preservation.
• Define and apply data quality mechanisms, validations, and reconciliations between source and target systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Document technical solutions, data flows, and models to support maintenance and effective knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver continuous improvements.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines using Git
  Lab.
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

• Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL Server and SSIS pipelines.
• Implementing data integration and synchronization processes across heterogeneous systems.
• Managing and evolving SQL Server and Postgre
  SQL databases, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Writing and optimizing complex T‑SQL and Postgre
  SQL SQL queries.
• Data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), normalization, and OLTP schema design.
• Implementing anonymization and pseudonymization mechanisms with GDPR compliance.
• Applying data quality rules, validations, and reconciliations.
• Documenting data solutions and flows.
• Working with Git
  Lab CI/CD.
