Job Description

What You'll do:

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to support data integration and transformation;
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and data analysis, ensuring data quality and performance;
• Apply multidimensional modeling concepts to build scalable and efficient data solutions;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in Scrum environments, contributing to incremental and iterative delivery;
• Implement TDD/BDD practices and Continuous Delivery pipelines to ensure
  - quality deliverables;
• Manage stakeholder expectations, aligning technical solutions with business requirements;
• Work with relational databases (Oracle 12c or higher), ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance;
• Hybrid Work Model.

Requirements

What You Are:

• Strong ability to express ideas clearly and assertively, both orally and in writing;
• Ability to think incrementally and iteratively;
• Proficiency in SQL (CRUD, data models, transactions, tuning);
• Solid understanding of multidimensional modeling concepts;
• Advanced troubleshooting skills;
• Strong data analysis capabilities;
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD;
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices;
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Oracle 12c or higher);
• Experience developing ETL processes (preferably with ODI);
• Experience working with the Scrum methodology;
• Dynamic, proactive mindset with the ability to manage expectations with both team and clients.
