Job Description
What You'll do:
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to support data integration and transformation;
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and data analysis, ensuring data quality and performance;
- Apply multidimensional modeling concepts to build scalable and efficient data solutions;
- Collaborate with
- functional teams in Scrum environments, contributing to incremental and iterative delivery; - Implement TDD/BDD practices and Continuous Delivery pipelines to ensure
- quality deliverables; - Manage stakeholder expectations, aligning technical solutions with business requirements;
- Work with relational databases (Oracle 12c or higher), ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance;
- Hybrid Work Model.
Requirements
What You Are:
- Strong ability to express ideas clearly and assertively, both orally and in writing;
- Ability to think incrementally and iteratively;
- Proficiency in SQL (CRUD, data models, transactions, tuning);
- Solid understanding of multidimensional modeling concepts;
- Advanced troubleshooting skills;
- Strong data analysis capabilities;
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD;
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices;
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Oracle 12c or higher);
- Experience developing ETL processes (preferably with ODI);
- Experience working with the Scrum methodology;
- Dynamic, proactive mindset with the ability to manage expectations with both team and clients.
