• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Developer in a
  - intensive environment;
• Proficiency in Python, orchestration tools (Dagster), and modern data frameworks (dlt, dbt);
• Solid knowledge of
  - based data solutions (AWS, Postgres/Aurora);
• Experience with
  - based access control (ABAC) in enterprise environments;
• Proficiency with data processing tools and frameworks, with Rust being highly valuable;
• Strong grasp of data warehousing concepts, modelling, and integrity best practices;
• Solid understanding of ETL pipelines and data architecture principles;
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams;
• Experience working in collaborative, agile environments;
• Experience with graph databases or
  - based data structures is a plus;
• Exposure to LLM-based applications or AI agent systems will be valued;
• Familiarity with
  - time data processing and streaming architectures will be taken in consideration;
• Knowledge of ML Ops and Data Ops is valuable;
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

• Design secure, efficient, and scalable data storage solutions;
• Optimise data processing workflows for reliability and performance;
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using modern orchestration and transformation tools;
• Build performant and efficient APIs to support product and platform requirements;
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to deliver integrated data solutions;
• Document data architecture, workflows, and processes in a clear, maintainable manner;
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions;
• Adopt a product mindset, using automation and AI agents where appropriate, while proactively recommending new features.
