The Team

The Role

As a Data Engineer, you are a versatile professional combining technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. You will work within a talented team, with daily responsibilities including:

1. Create and maintain data pipelines, from ETLs to streaming;
2. Maintain data platforms;
3. Develop data science pipelines and models for robust projects;
4. Utilize produced data for consumption, such as via REST APIs.

You

You are an exceptional professional with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer. You are comfortable with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and have experience collaborating directly with business teams.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Big Data platforms (Azure, Databricks);
• Knowledge of streaming tools (Kafka);
• Strong SQL skills (Postgres, Hive, Impala, Spark SQL);
• Pipeline development using Spark (Scala, Python);
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence and ETL tools;
• Knowledge of cloud platform management is a plus.
