- ups in Europe. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Engineer to join our team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will implement data solutions that underpin business goals and support
- informed
- making processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load structured and unstructured data from various sources into data lakes and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for data integration, storage, and analysis.
• Optimize data infrastructure and architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability, leveraging
  - based technologies.
• Implement data governance, data quality, and data security best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and privacy compliance.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to provide clean, reliable, and
  - structured datasets for analysis and modeling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high availability and uptime.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve data infrastructure and processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes, data models, and systems.

• Knowledge of BI reporting tools

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a data engineering role, with
  - on experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Experience with Iaa
  C (Terraform, Open
  Tofu, Terragrunt).
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, from creation to deployment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and best practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent
  - solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams and communicate technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment alongside
  - functional teams
