Job Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data engineering, with a focus on data modeling for analysis;
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Azure and Databricks;
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support advanced analysis;
• Experience with Python, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dev
  Ops and Azure Databricks;
• Experience in implementing data governance and data quality practices;
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Fabric, especially in data modeling and integration with analytical tools;
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, DAX and data modeling languages;
• Skills in translating business requirements into efficient and flexible data models;
• Ability to optimize data models for performance and scalability;
• Experience in digital transformation projects in the financial sector;
• Solid business knowledge of the banking sector and financial sector regulations;
• Microsoft certifications are valued, such as Azure Data Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and
  - solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• A love of teamwork and continuous learning.
