Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines within AWS environments using Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions;
• Manage data lakes and warehouses to ensure scalability and efficiency across systems;
• Implement automated validation and monitoring routines to guarantee data quality and reliability;
• Adopt Data
  Ops practices, including CI/CD and workflow automation;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of
  - on experience with AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, Cloud
  Formation or Terraform);
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data processing and automation;
• Experience designing scalable and efficient data architectures;
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Nice to Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data engineering projects;
• Familiarity with best practices for data governance and security;
• A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and process improvement;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
