We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data & AI team which is working on some of the most complex and rewarding projects in Data Governance, Intelligent Applications, Business and Operational Use Cases with ML that exist in the country.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Design and deploy data ecosystems, including pipelines with principles of collaboration, security, scalability, and high availability.
2. Explore and benchmark data solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Integrate, handle, transport, process, and model data into Data Platforms.
4. Develop intelligent applications and use cases to improve client operations and revenue.
5. Share best practices and knowledge with other teams.

You must have:

1. Experience with Public Clouds as a Data Engineer, mainly GCP and Azure.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, etc.
3. Skills in data discovery and transformation using PL/SQL or similar languages.
4. Knowledge of the Data Lifecycle: Ingestion, Transformation, Discovery, Enrichment, Modelling.
5. Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (e. g. , Terraform).
6. Fluency in Portuguese.

We value:

1. Data Engineering Certifications from Hyperscalers.
2. Experience with Apache Spark or Databricks.
3. Skills in data exploration and visualization tools like Power
   BI, Plotly, Metabase, etc.
4. Understanding of data file formats such as Parquet, Avro, Orc.
5. Effective communication skills with technical and
   - technical audiences.
6. Experience with Data Management standards like DMBo
   K.
7. Fluency in English.
