What do you need to be a SMART DATA ENGINEER?

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure , especially:

- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)

- Azure Databricks

- Azure Data Factory

• Strong knowledge of distributed storage formats (Parquet , Delta Lake )
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (Databricks / ADF / Py
  Spark)
• Understanding of data preparation, modelling and Lakehouse concepts
• Good knowledge of code versioning best practices
• Notions of Agile and Dev
  Ops/Data
  Ops applied to data projects
• Problem-solving skills, organization and attention to detail
• English skills (nice to have)
• Proactivity, critical thinking and team collaboration mindset

Valued extras:

• Experience with
- time or near
- time processing

• Knowledge of Control-M, Informatica Power
Center

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Purview

• Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services or similar analytical modelling tools
