What do you need to be a SMART DATA ENGINEER? 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering
Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure, especially:
- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)- Azure Databricks- Azure Data Factory
Strong knowledge of distributed storage formats (Parquet, Delta Lake)Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (Databricks / ADF / Py
Spark)Understanding of data preparation, modelling and Lakehouse concepts
Good knowledge of code versioning best practices
Notions of Agile and Dev
Ops/Data
Ops applied to data projects
Problem-solving skills, organization and attention to detail
English skills (nice to have)Proactivity, critical thinking and team collaboration mindset
Valued extras:

- Experience with
- time or near
- time processing

- Knowledge of Control-M, Informatica Power
Center

- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Purview

- Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services or similar analytical modelling tools
