Job Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Location: Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake to join our team.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions on Snowflake;
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica IDMC/ETL;
• Manage and maintain version control with Git to ensure robust and traceable development practices;
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet requirements;
• Implement best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and governance in Snowflake;
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on estimations, planning, and delivery;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or similar role;
• Proven expertise with Snowflake data platform;
• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC/ETL;
• Good working knowledge of Git for version control;
• SAP HANA experience is a plus (not mandatory);
• Solid understanding of data engineering best practices and
  - based architectures;
• Good level of English (spoken and written);
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
