Role Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert knowledge of
  
  AWS services
  
  (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions) to design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions.
• Develop
  
  robust solution architectures
  
  considering scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in
  
  cloud networking
  
  — VPCs, subnets, security groups, routing tables.
• Design efficient
  
  data models
  
  for optimal query performance.
• Write and optimize
  
  SQL queries
  
  , identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Manage
  
  ETL processes
  
  and integrate data into
  
  Redshift, My
  SQL, and Postgre
  SQL
  
  .
• Create documentation and provide
  
  technical training
  
  to team members.
• Set up and manage
  
  logging/tracing mechanisms
  
  in AWS (Cloud
  Trail, X-Ray).
• Implement
  
  orchestration solutions
  
  using Apache Airflow and AWS Step Functions.
• Utilize
  
  Athena
  
  for interactive query analysis on large datasets in S3.
• Provide
  
  technical leadership
  
  and act as SME for AWS and data engineering technologies.
• Prepare
  
  solution and technical documentation
  
  .
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose
  
  innovative solutions
  
  for efficiency and performance.
