What are you going to do?

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and
  - documented data models within our cloud data warehouse environment (Snowflake);
  
  
• Build, test, and deploy robust data pipelines and transformations using dbt (data build tool) to create reliable and
  - ready data products;
  
  
• Collaborate closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions;
  
  
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all data assets through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring processes;
  
  
• Optimize data warehouse performance, manage data governance standards, and implement best practices for data security;
  
  
• Actively support the migration efforts from Qlik Sense to Power BI, specifically focusing on backend data connectivity, data model optimization within Power BI, and ensuring seamless data flow;
  
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, dbt projects, and data products;
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve
  - related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to data consumers.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, or a similar role with a strong focus on data warehousing;
  
  
• Deep expertisein Snowflake for data warehousing, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning;
  
  
• Extensive
  - on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation, version control, testing, and pipeline orchestration;
  
  
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles (e. G. , dimensional modeling, data vault) and practical experience in designing and implementing complex data models;
  
  
• Proficiency in
  SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and complex query writing;
  
  
• Experience with version control systems (e. G. , Git);
  
  
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with meticulous attention to detail;
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders;
  
  
• Language skills: English (B2 mandatory).
