We're looking for a Data
Ops Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams. This role sits at the heart of our Operations organization, ensuring our data platform is secure, reliable, scalable, and
- efficient.
You'll own the full ELT / ETL lifecycle, lead the Azure-to-Big
Query migration, and build systems that transform raw data into trusted, accessible, and
- ready assets. The role requires a strong operations mindset, with a focus on process reliability, performance, security, cost control, and clear accountability.
You'll also play a vital role in defining business logic, promoting documentation best practices, and acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders — enabling data products that are trustworthy,
- understood, and impactful.
Your Tasks
- Lead and mentor Data and Analytics Engineers
- Own the full ELT stack (Airbyte, dbt, Orchestra)
- Drive the Azure-to-Big
Query migration - Ensure platform stability, performance, and
- efficiency - Define and document key data transformations and business logic
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to deliver
- quality data products - Promote best practices in data governance, observability, and documentation
You Bring
- Experience leading technical data teams (Data
Ops, Engineering, or Analytics Engineering) - Strong
- on experience with modern data stacks (Big
Query, Airbyte, dbt) - Background in data architecture, pipelines, and cloud migration
- Solid understanding of data quality, lineage, and governance
- Clear communicator who can work across business and technical teams
- Bonus: experience with tracking tools (Amplitude, Segment) or AI/ML data readiness
