Role

We-'re looking for a Data Ops Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams. This role sits at the heart of our Operations organization, ensuring our data platform is secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Data and Analytics Engineers
• Own the full ELT stack (Airbyte, dbt, Orchestra)
• Drive the Azure-to-Big
  Query migration
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and efficiency
• Define and document key data transformations and business logic
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver quality data products
• Promote best practices in data governance, observability, and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical data teams (Data Ops, Engineering, or Analytics Engineering)
• Strong on experience with modern data stacks (Big
  Query, Airbyte, dbt)
• Background in data architecture, pipelines, and cloud migration
• Solid understanding of data quality, lineage, and governance
• Clear communicator who can work across business and technical teams
• Bonus: experience with tracking tools (Amplitude, Segment) or AI/ML data readiness
