Role: Data Engineering Tech Lead Location: Porto, Hybrid Required skills:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;4+ years experience with AWS services including Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, Cloud
Formation, Cloud
Watch, Cloud
Trail, and X-Ray;Skilled in cloud networking: VPCs, subnets, security groups, and routing tables; Proficient in Python programming;Strong expertise in advanced SQL and query optimization (My
SQL, Postgre
SQL, Redshift, Athena);Hands-on experience in ETL processes and data integration;Familiar with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow and AWS Step Functions;Knowledgeable in Big Data technologies including Kafka and Iceberg tables;Adept at data modeling and performance tuning;Experienced in creating technical documentation and analyzing requirements;Proven technical leadership and effective communication skills;Exposure to Azure Databricks for data engineering;English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
