About the job

• Define and implement Fin
  Ops strategies in data platforms to ensure cost efficiency, scalability, and performance;
• Establish technical guidelines, conduct code reviews, and design reference architectures;
• Optimize data pipelines and workloads with focus on cost and performance;
• Build monitoring and automation frameworks for cost control and efficiency;
• Define and track KPIs for performance improvement and cost reduction;
• Promote Fin
  Ops practices across engineering and data teams.

What are we looking for?

• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and Fabric;
• Proven experience in performance tuning of clusters, jobs, and pipelines with cost optimization focus;
• Advanced skills in SQL and scripting (Python, Power
  Shell) for automation and monitoring;
• Experience creating dashboards, alerts, policies, and automation for workload governance;
• Ability to define and measure KPIs for efficiency and performance;
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Fluency in English (Portuguese and Spanish valued).
