Job Description Summary The Dealer Compliance Leader is assisting for managing and maintaining the zone business' strategy on Independent Third-Party (hereafter-ITP) compliance under the supervision of the Dealer Compliance Managers Center of Excellence (Co
E) or the Senior Compliance Leader of the zone. Responsible for both advising and enforcing GEHC's policies and procedures covering the regulation of Independent Third Parties within the zone. Works with various functional teams, as well as legal counsel within the LCT, to identify, assess and develop action plans with respect to Independent Third-Party risk.
