Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain
  
  Data Governance policies
  
  and frameworks;
  
  
  
  
• Manage and update the
  
  Corporate Data Catalog
  
  in
  
  Collibra
  
  (metadata, lineage, ownership, glossary);
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with
  
  Data Owners
  
  ,
  
  Architects
  
  , and
  
  Engineers
  
  to ensure data quality and consistency;
  
  
  
  
• Define and monitor
  
  data quality indicators (KQIs/DQIs)
  
  and compliance metrics;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure adherence to
  
  GDPR/LGPD
  
  and internal data security policies;
  
  
  
  
• Support
  
  data literacy
  
  and best practices across business areas.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Masters degree
  
  in a quantitative field preferred;
  
  
  
  
• 4+ years
  
  of relevant experience in
  
  Data Governance or Data Quality
  
  ;
  
  
  
  
• Strong understanding of
  
  data modeling, cataloging, lineage
  
  , and
  
  data policies
  
  ;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with
  
  Collibra
  
  ,
  
  SQL
  
  , and BI or data quality tools (e. G. , Informatica, Talend);
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and simplify technical concepts;
  
  
  
  
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, structured approach and ability to manage multiple projects;
  
  
  
  
• Certificationssuch as
  
  CDMP
  
  ,
  
  GDPR
  
  , or
  
  DCAM
  
  are a plus.
