Generative AI Data Scientist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Generative AI Data Scientist. As a key member of our Gen
AI team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, measuring, and assessing Agentic systems that aim to improve the wellbeing of all users.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and domain experts to create innovative AI applications that solve
- world problems. Your impact will be significant, and your contributions will have a direct effect on user engagement, satisfaction, and chatbot effectiveness.

You will be responsible for defining and measuring metrics for user engagement and chatbot effectiveness, performing data cleansing, transformation, and quality analysis, assisting and designing robust evaluation metrics, crafting reusable templates and clear instructions, designing monitoring systems, and creating interactive dashboards for
- time visualization of performance metrics and insights.

We are looking for a talented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field. You should have proficiency in Python, advanced No
SQL and SQL skills, strong
- solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with evaluation methodologies for generative AI and experience with
- agent systems and LLMs are preferred qualifications.
