DATA LOSS PREVENTION / PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID) – Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
Portuguese company hires for a hybrid position. Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered.
Language requirements: Fluent English and French. Experience level: 3‑6 years.
Role Overview
You will oversee the end‑to‑end rollout of DLP projects, ensuring alignment with Group requirements, coordinating actions between platforms, and supporting teams in implementing the correct DLP controls. This strategic role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work across distributed teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of DLP project rollout (technical implementation + communication).
- Act as central point between all stakeholders: DLP platforms, CISOs, DPOs, IT, and Business.
- Integrate business teams into project lifecycle: needs definition, validation, and deployment.
- Communicate project status through committees, Share
Point updates, and email communications. - Support DLP teams in understanding and implementing Group DLP requirements.
- Proactively propose improvements to reinforce existing and new DLP controls.
- Report on DLP control coverage and deployment across the organization.
- Coordinate documentation delivery (procedures, end‑user communications, knowledge base).
- Define and maintain KPIs to monitor project progress and DLP implementation.
Technical Requirements (must be in CV)
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and projects.
- General knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of technical and application architecture principles.
- Ability to analyze IT systems and cybersecurity risks.
- Experience with security and data management in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of automation and development concepts.
- Advanced skills in Power BI (mandatory).
Language Requirements
- English: Mandatory – Mastery.
- French: Expert level.
