About the Role

We are looking for a Data Management Practitioner to join the team responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and compliance of the organization’s data assets. You will support the design and implementation of data strategies , enforce data governance policies , and ensure that sensitive information is properly safeguarded.

This role also involves defining and advising on data quality rules , establishing effective data compliance protocols , and working closely with multiple teams to optimize data usage across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational goals;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure data integrity , quality, and compliance across data assets;
  
  
  
  
• Establish protocols for data handling , sensitive information protection, and optimized data usage;
  
  
  
  
• Design and advise on data quality rules and define effective data compliance policies;
  
  
  
  
• Conductregular data audits to ensure compliance with governance policies;
  
  
  
  
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on data governance best practices;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve data utilization and reporting capabilities;
  
  
  
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data management processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Data Management / Data Governance / Data Quality
• Mandatory: Proficiency in SAP Data Migration
• Ability to define and enforce data governance frameworks , standards, and compliance controls;
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and business stakeholders;
  
  
  
  
• English B2;
  
  

Nice to Have

• Recommended: Proficiency in SAP BO Data Services (BODS)
• Desired: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
• Experience in data compliance policies and audit readiness
