RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Program ME and Serial ME on SAP Parameterization topics from Gate 3 through end of production.
• Create, maintain, and delete all series materials in SAP (finished goods, components, and raw materials, including welding wire).
• Create, maintain, and delete all SAP work centers (in close collaboration with Plant Controlling & Finance and Industrial Engineering).
• Generate regular SAP reports to identify obsolete materials, work centers, and routings in order to improve data quality and consistency.
• Coordinate and initiate the cleanup of existing SAP materials, work centers, cost centers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings.
• Implement and communicate all

  - related changes to relevant departments (e. g. , Controlling & Finance, PCB1, Purchasing, ME).
• Provide and enhance required ME methods for material and product data to the Global Data Management Team.
• Support Operations Planning activities as needed.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), B-Mo
  Ms, work centers, routings, and cost centers in SAP.
• Ensure that all series materials and work centers accurately reflect the real production environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all issues related to series material master data.
• Promote efficient and timely information flow within ME and across
  - functional teams.
• Act as SAP Key User for the ME department.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level).
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding of production/manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
• Knowledge of BOMs and routings.
• English proficiency – B1 level.
