About the Role

We are looking for a Data Management Practitioner to join the team responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and compliance of the organization’s data assets. You will support the design and implementation of data strategies, enforce data governance policies, and ensure that sensitive information is properly safeguarded.

This role also involves defining and advising on data quality rules, establishing effective data compliance protocols, and working closely with multiple teams to optimize data usage across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational goals;
  
  
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across data assets;
  
  
• Establish protocols for data handling, sensitive information protection, and optimized data usage;
  
  
• Design and advise on data quality rules and define effective data compliance policies;
  
  
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with governance policies;
  
  
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on data governance best practices;
  
  
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve data utilization and reporting capabilities;
  
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data management processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Data Management / Data Governance / Data Quality
• Mandatory: Proficiency in SAP Data Migration
• Ability to define and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, and compliance controls;
  
  
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and business stakeholders;
  
  
• English B2;
  
  

Nice to Have

• Recommended: Proficiency in SAP BO Data Services (BODS)
• Desired: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
• Experience in data compliance policies and audit readiness
