- day activities will include designing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data integrity, and enforcing governance policies. You will establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Additionally, you will design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Responsibilities and Tasks: Develop innovative data management strategies that align with organizational goals. Conduct regular audits of data assets to ensure compliance with established policies;



Facilitate training sessions for team members on data governance best practices;



Collaborate with
- functional teams to enhance data utilization and reporting capabilities;



Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data management processes.
