In Portugal, we have around 120 clients and a team of over 400 people, working on projects in sectors as diverse as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Aviation and Energy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the data migration strategy, plan, and roadmap aligned with the ERP implementation timeline.
• Lead the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to the target ERP system.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to define data mapping, cleansing, and validation rules.
• Manage data quality assurance processes, including reconciliation, exception handling, and audit trails. o Coordinate with
  - party vendors and system integrators to ensure alignment on data migration activities. o Define and execute mock migrations, dry runs, and cutover plans.
• Establish and monitor data migration KPIs and reporting metrics. o Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to data migration analysts and developers.

CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience leading data migration projects in
  - scale ERP implementations (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and ETL tools (e. g. , SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Talend).
• Experience with legacy systems and data structures.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
