Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Data Operations Analyst / Data Loader eager to develop into a Data Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data management and looking to grow their career in data operations.

Your Day-to-Day at ISS Tech Portugal:

Data Loading and Management:

• Import and export data between various systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the loading process.
• Maintain documentation of data loading procedures.

Data Quality and Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve data loading issues.
• Implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with Integration, RPA, and data teams to optimize workflows.
• Assist in developing and implementing data governance policies.

Professional Development:

• Participate in training to enhance skills in data operations.
• Work towards understanding and managing data pipelines and workflows.

Who you’ll work with:

• Collaborate with internal and external IT & business stakeholders at regional, country, and global levels.
• Support operational performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure solutions and data setups are configured correctly.

• Basic understanding of database structures and SQL.
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Previous
  - related experience is a plus.
