About the Position:
We’re seeking a passionate and technically
- on Data Product Manager to lead the development of
- scale, AI-enhanced data products. You’ll thrive at the intersection of data engineering, product strategy, and innovation, with a deep understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms, and emerging frameworks such as agentic systems and machine learning.
This role requires technical leadership, product vision, and a builder mindset, suited for someone with a strong engineering background who has transitioned into product leadership — and still knows what it takes to build data infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable,
- intensive products with measurable business impact.
Partner with engineering, AI/ML, governance, and business teams to define product strategies and execution roadmaps.
Translate business needs into data product requirements, balancing usability, scalability, and governance.
Evaluate and integrate
-
- class technologies across cloud platforms, data governance, and agentic tooling (e. g. , MCP).
Own and drive the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, across sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution.
Champion data quality, lineage, and compliance, embedding governance from the ground up.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML, data products, and
- based systems, leveraging innovation to drive value.
Required Experience & Skills:
8+ years of experience in data, engineering, or platform product roles, preferably with experience in executive or senior leadership positions.
Proven track record of delivering
- scale data and AI/ML products in enterprise or
- growth environments.
Hands-on expertise in cloud data architectures (e. g. , AWS, GCP, Azure), data integration (e. g. , Snowflake, Big
Query), and orchestration tools.
Experience with data governance, quality, and cataloging tools (e. g. , Collibra, Alation, Great Expectations).
Deep experience with data privacy, governance, and compliance (e. g. , GDPR, consent frameworks, encryption).
Exposure to agentic frameworks (e. g. , MCP) and an interest in leveraging them to build intelligent, adaptive systems.
Strong familiarity with agentic frameworks, LLM/Gen
AI, and metadata systems to enable secure, explainable AI.
Prior experience in agile product management, technical roadmapping, and
- functional team collaboration.
Ability to operate across product, engineering, and business functions, influencing stakeholders from technical leads to C-level.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience as a data engineer or ML engineer before transitioning into product and engineering leadership.
Familiarity with
- agent orchestration tools like Lang
Graph or similar ecosystems.
