We are looking for a Data Privacy & Protection Controls Specialist alignment with Group methodology and tooling. The role involves ensuring risk management compliance, control execution, and continuous improvement of data privacy and protection measures.

Qualifications:

- Solid knowledge of European data protection legislation (GDPR, e
Privacy Directive)

- Good understanding of IT operations and web technologies (Hosting, HTTP, IP, cookies, beacons, etc. )

- Experience in legal affairs and compliance matters

- Background in privacy and security risk assessment and mitigation

- Familiarity with information security standards

- Strong communication skills (English C1 level:

understanding, speaking, writing)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyse data protection and privacy guidelines, standards, and legislation

- Assess compliance with relevant privacy regulations

- Propose mitigation actions to ensure privacy and data protection compliance

- Produce reports, guidelines, and documentation

- Evaluate and test products and tools for privacy compliance

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
