About the Job

People Analytics is the AI & Analytics centre of expertise for HR. Its goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. We use AI and analytics platforms for data processing, visualization, and AI‐driven solutions. As a Data Project Manager you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of about forty employees working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will manage strategic HR analytics projects, ensuring customer value is maximised while meeting timelines and budgets.

Your Main Activities Are

- Ensure alignment between business needs, analytics, and IT developments, delivering high‐quality outcomes.

- Work closely in Agile mode with analytics and IT teams, coordinating stakeholders.

- Act as the reference point for data projects during integration and deployment phases.

- Gather evolving customer needs and collect feedback from sponsors to align with user satisfaction.

- Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and impact assessments for each project.

- Guarantee trustworthy product delivery (data protection, security, reliability, ethics) in partnership with data management and governance teams.

Profile and Skills to Success

- Academic background in Finance, Management, or Audit.

- At least five years of experience as an analyst.

- Fluency in English.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

- Project‐management competence.

- Ability to anticipate business and strategic developments.

- Leadership and engagement skills.

- Organisational skills.

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

- Proficiency in Tableau, Power
BI, Excel, and Data
IKU.
