Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage data protection and recovery solutions
• Monitor daily data protection operations
• Provide technical support to client systems
• Perform system maintenance
• Configure data protection policies
• Participate in disaster recovery
• Create technical documentation
• Collaborate on implementation projects
• Participate in

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in enterprise data protection
• Hands-on experience with Commvault (mandatory)
• Knowledge of storage systems (SAN, NAS)
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Availability for
  - call duties
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
