Job Summary Keyrus is seeking a Data Quality who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of business data required for the deployment of the Pwise
- Procurement solution.

Acting as the liaison between business entities and the data management team, the Data Steward will be responsible for collecting, validating, and preparing data to ensure it meets defined quality standards and is ready for integration into the
- procurement system.

This position is a hybrid position in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business entities to complete and validate data collection templates.
• Perform data quality checks and tests, ensuring that all data adheres to required formal and logical formats.
• Understand and apply data model rules, including validation thresholds within the
  - prourement context.
• Identify and flag inconsistent or
  - quality data prior to integration into the system.
• Maintain and ongoing communication with entities to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate data quality issues or anomalies to the Data Manager, providing context and suggested actions.
• Contribute to improving data management processes by proactively identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions.

Requirements For The Role

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of data accuracy (e. g. , recognising differences such as 1234 vs. 01234).
• Ability to understand the business context and significance of the data collected.
• Capacity to visualise data meaning and purpose (e. g. , understanding the functional use of postal codes or identifiers).
• Proactive, organised, and
  - oriented, with a structured and methodical approach to tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal, for interaction with business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
