PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation). For this opportunity, your CV must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of creation, maintenance of all our prospects/clients data in our Entity/Engagement Management master data systems
• Collect information (with the support of external and internal sources/databases) and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems
• Be a point of contact for our business stakeholders regarding CRM matters
• Identify new cases of data issues and report them to the Team Leader
• Conduct specific data cleansing activities based on Data Quality dashboards
• Ensure respect of internal procedures, quality and risk management controls in our processes
• Participate in implementation of service improvement initiatives in line with company objectives and Lines of Services needs

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor degree ideally completed by a relevant experience with a CRM database
• You are organized, and demonstrate analytical skills with an attention to details
• You are committed to deliver high quality and timely service to your internal clients
• You have deep understanding of Audit/Tax/Advisory Business Cycle
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in French will be considered an asset
