Dev2Grow is looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Analytics to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent,
- driven solutions across a variety of industries. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and analytics, who is also comfortable working with data visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation strategies.

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to define
- driven solutions.

Work with large datasets using Python, Py
Spark, and SQL.

Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data workflows, processes, and documentation.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.

Strong proficiency in Python, Py
Spark, SQL, and statistical analysis techniques.

Experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical thinking and
- solving skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.

Fluency in English.
