Xcede is excited to collaborate with one of the world’s largest gaming companies to expand their Data Science & Machine Learning Division. The organization has access to a vast array of digital / B2C data, thanks to their extensive user base. They aim to leverage this data further through ambitious (but
- defined) hiring plans.

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Science Team Lead—someone who combines expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Model Deployment, and managerial skills.

The primary goal of this team is to support and drive the ML unit’s key projects, which may include customer personalization, recommendation engines, pricing algorithms, and A/B testing.

Requirements

• An academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several years of relevant commercial experience as a data scientist, appropriate to your level
• Experience in designing impactful machine learning models
• Experience in deploying models to production
• Proven Python skills with
  - quality code
• Ability to manage and provide guidance to team members

Bonus Requirements

• Experience with Deep Learning, including transformers, in a commercial setting
