1. As a Data Scientist in the Scoring Center team, you will undertake projects to build risk prediction models. Your main responsibilities will include:
2. Assessing needs, defining deliverables, estimating workload and timelines, and proposing implementation plans using statistical modelling methods (e. g. , Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting).
3. Leading projects, managing schedules, and supporting the implementation and monitoring of tools.
4. Participating in score model monitoring campaigns, analyzing results, diagnosing issues, and proposing action plans.
5. Conducting or analyzing statistical studies related to risk prediction models and supporting analytical missions for international entities, including audit compliance related to Basel regulations.
6. Contributing to transversal missions such as technological and regulatory watch, training, and analytical support.

Are you the one?

• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a statistical or risk environment, preferably in banking or insurance.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modelling environments and data science libraries.
• Experience in machine learning model industrialization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation are essential qualities.
