Job Description
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for applying AI and machine learning techniques to create solutions that bring impact to the organization. In this role, you will be developing and deploying AI solutions, ensuring their performance and reliability through ongoing monitoring, and promoting
- driven
- making within the organization.
Your contribution to something big:
- AI solution ideation and development
- Identifying business problems and solving them by finding data and methods, resulting in measurable business improvements (KPI tracking);
- Utilizing mathematical, econometric, statistical and deep learning models to develop predictive models for solving business relevant problems;
- Developing, deploying, and monitoring Gen
AI-based applications, including experience with Agentic Frameworks (e. g. , Lang
Graph, Llama
Index, Crew
AI, or similar) and including the implementation of MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
- Communication and enabling
- Effectively communicating with various departments and roles about
- driven business decisions; - Acting as a facilitator for the introduction and adoption of new AI and ML-based technologies;
- Supporting communication and awareness initiatives for different stakeholders at Electrified Motion (EM) divisional level to foster digital enablement and bridge digital skill gaps.

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles;
- Experience managing software or IT projects;
- Experience with predictive modeling using mathematical, statistical, econometric, and deep learning techniques.
Know-how
- Proficiency in Python programming and algorithm development/implementation;
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure, Databricks and MLOps/LLMOps.
Languages
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Working Style and Personality
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Ability to facilitate knowledge sharing and digital skill enablement across business units;
- Passionate about innovation and continuous learning.
