Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will use process mining to provide meaningful insights to our internal customers to support their
- making for future business strategies. Additionally, you will analyze diverse data sources to extract new, actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities include:

1. Describing process model requirements and identifying IT application data needed for process model implementation, in collaboration with business process experts and IT application owners.
2. Defining and implementing process models using SQL and Infineon’s process mining platform mpm
   X, including:
   • Owning the developed process models and ensuring their maintenance and continuous improvement.
   • Providing training and consulting on process mining capabilities for end users.
3. Proactively exploring new areas for Process Mining.
4. Supporting the maintenance and scalability of Process Mining solutions.
5. Ensuring the availability, integrity, and quality of data models in the process mining database.
6. Gaining familiarity with business processes across various domains as represented in the models.
7. Monitoring the market for process mining solutions and staying updated with the latest capabilities, fostering continuous exchange with other developers.

Your high standards and agile mindset allow you to conduct thorough analyses and produce efficient results.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international company.
• Possesses experience with Process Mining, data analysis, and visualization (preferred).
• Is skilled in data manipulation using databases like Oracle or MS SQL (including T-SQL, stored procedures, dbt).
• Has experience in at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with business processes is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
