You will join the Global Service Operations department (GSO), within Group Technology Operations (GTO) division. Our department manages

- day IT service delivery for AXA on a global scale, in partnership with Group Operations (GO), Global Products Departments, AXA Entities, and our external suppliers, according to GO IT Operations Framework, contract requirements, SLAs, and OLAs.
Our GSO main missions include managing Qo
S and continuous service improvements, supporting the market operationally, operating standardized global platforms, monitoring application and infrastructure performance, managing IT operations processes, facilitating operational resilience, defining and governing IT operations standards, and delivering AXA’s datacenters.
Job Purpose:
As a Data Scientist, your main objective is to leverage data to drive continuous improvement within our Command Center. You will focus on enhancing the reliability and efficiency of IT production through proactive monitoring and data analysis. Responsibilities include measuring performance, conducting
- depth analysis, providing actionable insights, creating operational reports and dashboards, and implementing predictive analysis using Machine Learning and automation techniques.
Main missions :
Within the Command Center, specializing in monitoring information systems, your mission is to ensure system availability and performance. You will analyze logs from alerting tools, create reports and dashboards to reduce incidents, and support scaling of our data platform through data engineering and analysis. Objectives include:
- Using a Data Lake for collecting, storing, and processing monitoring alerts data.
- Creating a robust data pipeline for the entire data lifecycle.
- Automating data workflows to improve efficiency.
- Ensuring scalability, security, and availability of data platforms.
- Documenting best practices for data management.
Data Analysis & Modeling
- Analyzing logs, alerts, events, and incidents for trends and anomalies.
- Developing predictive models to anticipate incidents and optimize performance.
- Using machine learning algorithms for insights.
- Maintaining data integrity and resolving data issues.
- Creating dashboards and reports for monitoring and
- making.
Collaboration & Governance
- Working with IT and business teams for
- driven solutions. - Contributing to data governance practices.
- Partnering to explore new data sources.
Continuous Improvement
- Improving monitoring processes with data insights.
- Staying updated on technological advancements.
- Designing intuitive data structures for internal clients.
Your Profile
- Graduate Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a data scientist, preferably with operational data platform experience.
- Proven skills in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency with data science tools.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems, alerting tools, and Service
Now. - Experience with data visualization and web app development using Python frameworks.
- Preferably experience in Insurance or Banking sectors and IT operations.
- Understanding of data science project lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Project management skills are a plus.
Experience and Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Python, SQL, R
- Machine Learning Models: Supervised, Unsupervised, NLP techniques
- Data Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Kibana
- Databases: My
