As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and collaborating with
- functional teams to drive innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI capabilities, developing ML models for use within our Enterprise Intelligence Platform. Knowledge of LLM’s, RAG and Agents would be beneficial. Responsibilities
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis and prediction
Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing
Optimize model performance for scalability and accuracy
Use NLP, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
Validate models using A/B testing and performance metrics
Communicate complex data insights and model results to
- technical stakeholders
Contribute to the design and evolution of our AI platform and product roadmap
Have a product mindset, always looking for ways to improve our platform. Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field, you should have a good grounding in regression and classification problems and the underlying theory. 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
Proficiency in Python (Num
Py, pandas,

Torch, Tensor
Flow)Experience with NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data manipulation
Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps tools
Strong
- solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively
Experience with big data frameworks (e. g. , Spark, Dask) is a plus
Experience working with time series data and anomaly detection is a plus
Startup experience is a plus
